Entering data into database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data entered.
Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
Ensuring that the registration process goes smoothly and customers(riders) are comfortable and well attended to
Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures, and reporting needed changes
Attending to inquiries from intending customers, agents and partners when the need arises
Managing the filing system of all official documents
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and handling word processing.
