OVERVIEW
Responsible for the daily administrative and people management duties. I also help with recruitment, record maintenance, and provides general support to employees.
• Maintain staff database and ensure documentation is always complete and accurate
• Support talent acquisition activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding, etc.
• Track relevant departmental metrics for reporting and decision making
• Respond to general internal or external requests and inquiries
• Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators such as HMO, Group Life Insurance etc.
• Assist with performance management process
• Complete exit documentation and schedule exit interviews
• Other duties that may be assigned by the line manager
