ï‚·Achieves the overall day-to-day management of projects to ensure that project objectives are achieved within time, cost and quality constraints.
ï‚·Responsible for project management and documentation (Project Schedule, design diagrams and departmental reports).
ï‚·Development and delivery of all bids and projects, ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all tender documentation are completed.
ï‚·Review bid submission content, ensure that all bids are submitted on time and fully compliant with the requirements.
ï‚·Ensure all proposals are formatted and comply with company brand guidelines, customer requirements and follow internal quality guidelines.
Analyze client’s documents to ensure the responses being created respond implicitly to the questions being asked.
ï‚· Research on organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets.
ï‚·Maintenance, Troubleshooting and configuring of IP cameras and biometrics readers for security surveillance.
ï‚·Co-ordination of internal departmental and project meetings.
ï‚·Preparation of project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and recommending actions.
