• Providing specialist quoting services to the branch and end user customers;
• To provide a central point of contact to engage with supporting departments/suppliers as necessary;
• Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions;
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, thoroughly for manager review;
• Resolve customer query on first contact and keep the promise of query resolution for escalated cases;
• Discuss use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment;
• Advice customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available;
• Receive and fill telephone orders for parts, fill customer orders from stock and Prepare sales slips or sales contracts;
• Resolving all complaints concerns and issues in a timely, professional and diplomatic manner;
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value;
• Receive, sort and evaluate credit applications from channel and maintaining a proper log of all such applications and ensure completeness and accuracy;
• Working with the supervisor on performance improvement as an individual and with the team as a whole.
