 Prepare, coordinates carry out quality assurance and manage venues for meetings, trainings and conferences for in -house and external events.
 Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and services.
 Pitching products and/or services and dealing with customers unsatisfied with the quality of the product or service.
 Carry out all researches related to the projects and maintains project assets, communications and related database.
 Notifying the entire project team when there are abnormalities or variances in the overall project and looking for ways to tackle them before any further damage occur.
 Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets and also update office inventory, stock and stationery.
