As an Administrative personnel, I was charged with the responsibility of handling customer service, receiving cheque or cash and opening Company accounts. This work involved me in advising and assisting clients who wants to learn a foreign language, coping with problems and unexpected situations. Typical duties include typing of correspondences writing and replying of emails to clients. Create, manage and update computer databases and files more efficiently. My problem solving skills and time management when under pressure was greatly improved and i learnt to manage my emotions and dealt fairly and effectively with problem loving clients.
